$139 a night for 3 nights in Feb is just bonkers. Rack rate for an All Star Resort Standard room during that time frame is at least $50 more per night.

I think that’s the lowest price it has been listed at. The cost per night is shown in the data as well, as is the total current cost.

Yes, @OBNurseNH said it well.
The next column in that sheet is cost_max, also per night. (Columns are hidden in that capture due to the window split I created so I could get the price vs median column in there.)
I only tend to share that raw data when I’m short on time but there’s something new that’s a deal I want people to see. 
Definitely easier to see what’s what in the search engine results if you look them up there.

If you can get there, this is a terrifically good price, especially for a long rental:
7-night Aulani Studio 1/19 for $276/n or 47% under median
You only see these prices at Aulani in the under 30-days out range.

I refreshed the DVC rental data again last night, but then didn’t have time to upload to search engine, will run another later this morning.
But… this was a nice one from last night:
4-night Aulani Studio 12/7 for $391/n or 25% under median
That is about as low as you might expect to see in that time frame and most others except for some random super deals.
Also, all lower prices recorded appeared in the month before check in, not 11 months out.

I can only think that something terrible must have happened for that ressie to be let go this late, and knowing how many it can hold it makes me a bit sad to think a big family visit is squashed
