Looks like 12/22 this year is starting to make a run at reaching the top count of rentals starting on one day. (Last year’s top date was 12/23.)

Hitting some milestone numbers this week: Have pulled over 3 million records and about to hit 36,000 rentals recorded.
Interesting to see that the number rentals that have ever changed in price after being listed seems to have settled at around 21%.

About 50 new rentals added today, up to a dozen decent under median rentals, but many 1-nighters.
Look for a 1-nighter Rivera in Nov for $290! Another great multi-nighter Riviera in June 2025.

Three Bridges is so underrated and I think it’s because you have to go so far out of the way unless you’re staying at Coronado Springs to begin with.

AND you could get there and find you have a 2 hour wait for a table.
As much as I would love to take my family there, the chance of that happening makes it a hard pass for us.

The atmosphere is very cool. The corn dip was just ok for us. The food was good but I was slightly underwhelmed.
I wouldn’t avoid the place if I was staying at Coronado, but I also wouldn’t go out of my way to eat there. We preferred sitting at the bar at Rix just as much.

Tuna Poke bowls last night were 
DW (really not a drinker) had a cool white sangria, DS got a special mango mojito, both terrific.

Several nice new rentals in today’s (so far) batch of about 50, including a few end of August, Sept and Oct and Jan.
This one next June seems to me to be almost a mistake listing, even though it is a “Value” room."

Not the lowest ever seen for this room (by far) but may be the lowest you might expect in this time frame.
