One Nice Price Drop

There have been a good amount of lower-priced rentals for this room, but still a solid deal if that room works for you.
Many of those lower prices appear within a week of check in, a decent amount more in the under 30 day range, the rest are scattered further out.

There have only been 35 Kidani GV rentals recorded in my project, there were a few 1 or 2-nighters lower (a pair a LOT lower), but for 3-nights or longer this rental is about $500 lower than all the rest and Savannah view makes it especially more better.

For a sec I thought this was the all-in price, not the nightly price.

That room sleeps 12, so if you fill it then you get a rate of $106 a night per person for a Savannah view. That’s a crazy deal. Even if you can only fill half of it you’re still getting in for $212 a night per person. Crazy.

Price Drop
6-night AK Kidani Studio start 8/4 orig $326, now $284 or 19% under median.
While that doesn’t sound like the biggest discount for this room, it is actually among the lowest for this room in that time frame this year for all rentals 2-nights or longer.
If you just look at longer rentals there are far fewer at this price or lower - EXCEPT for the September group of rentals we saw come and go earlier in the year.

ZERO new rentals in the 10:45AM refresh this morning. Geez.
For any locals: There were two 1-night Jambo Value studio price drops. One on 7/22 ($189, 42% under) and other on 7/23 ($198, 39% under.)

Bottom continues to drop on the number of active DVC rentals per day.
There were over 100 rentals with a start date of today and in my 10:45am refresh there were ZERO new rentals listed. They usually add things later on Sunday mornings, but usually are at least a few.

ETA: This rental lasted all of 15 minutes at more: gone gone gone. 
Only 21 new rentals in the 4pm refresh, a couple of other lower priced ones, but this one wins by far:

3-night BC Studio start 2/1/2025 for $368/n or 22% under.
Interesting cluster of these BC studios about this price in this same time frame - but in general this is the lower end of the spectrum for this room.
The sites love to post a ton of BC Studios right at 11 months, a decent bunch a bit below median and a larger number above or right at $500. But, if you keep an eye out, mid $300s or lower do show up all through the timeline - especially right at 7 months, where this year you can see a nice blob of low $300 rentals.
