For my family the biggest perk for buying direct is the discounted AP. $700 vs. $1200. We’re a family of 5 (about to be 6). So that extra $10,000 for direct gets recovered by 4 years worth of APs.
Although right now that benefit is not available.
No, but I’m very much assuming it will be back. They’ve allowed people that cancelled their APs to purchase new ones.
