I have not been able to use DVC chat for some time – it is never enabled. Maybe it is just available limited times and I haven’t hit the right moment.

This has been very helpful to me, in any event, because when I decide to re-juggle my expiring 2019 points between my 2 reservations I will just stalk the site until chat is enabled instead of waiting on the phone.

Welp… just need to be patient! According to Kierra, “Those points will be automatically returned within 15 business days from the date it was canceled.”

I ended up waiting over 3 weeks, and every time I did a chat (about three) they kept saying the same. Other people got the points I borrowed during the chat.

Just be aware they could end the “un-borrowing” policy at any time.

I’m ok - I haven’t borrowed. I have TOO MANY points right now between my banked 2019 and unused 2020!!!
