Downtown Disney Security Entrance near Disneyland Hotel Being Demolished

So, where exactly will the security plaza be? We are staying at the Disneyland Hotel this Christmas.
Probably my last time staying on property unless Disney’s rates become competitive when they drop eatly entry. Ha ha.

I marked up the map below showing the old plaza (red X) and the new one (yellow circle) with the direction you would go into Downtown Disney.

Any suggestions of which of the 3 Disneyland Hotel buildings would be more convenient to get to security?

The Adventure Tower. We stayed there in May. It lies north-south, with entrances on all four sides. It is just east of Trader Sam’s in that photo (north is at the top).

We asked for and got rooms in Adventure Tower. Loved the location. Thank you again.
