We are traveling to WDW in Sept. Im attending a conference at dolphin and my DH and Dd14 are going with me. 2 days in park and plan resort time since we haven’t stayed here or in this area before. Now reading bad reviews about room cleanliness, food, resort and parking fees?! Any feedback? Tx.

$23 per day for resort fee
That adds a lot on to the price and you don’t get the ease of charging with the magic band (KTTW card) or refillable mugs for Disney resorts (they have their own mug) and they try to upsell me every time I stay there with the big book of room views with the add on prices for the nice locations.
We never had a problem with cleanliness, just a moldy smell. We changed rooms.
We stayed at the Swan for 3 days last year. We liked it. We didn’t have a car so no fees there but we did pay resort fees. The pool area was lovely. We only ate at the pool area bar and it was good. The location can’t be beat! Our room did feel a little damp but it really wasn’t that bad so I didn’t complain. On the third day we noticed the rug near the bathroom was wet and thats probably where the dampness was coming from. We had the same exact thing happen to us at BC. I guess the AC units just don’t like us 
. We would stay at the Swan again.
