For things like Frozen Sing a Long - if doing a FP+ (which I realize is of marginal value) does everyone in party need one? Or can early entry people save a seat? Some members of my party will have an extra FP as not riding Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster - so I wondered if we could all benefit from that?
There’s no seat saving, everyone entering the theatre is told to fill in all available seats in the chosen row.

No. The shows that you use a FP for have huge seating numbers and often require you to get there a certain amount of time before the show begins anyway. You could get a regular seat during that time. People who get FP for shows like this might be doing it for the mental aspect, feeling that they are using their Fastpasses, but there is no need and no benefit.
