Magic Band is one way to get your photos. You can also get a scan card from the photographer. Now on rides it may be a different story. Those should attach themselves to your Disney acct as they are uploaded electronically from a signal sent out from your Magic Band with your acct info. Ask at a photoshop in WDW if you have problems.
