DL tram from Toy Story lot

Hi all, Going to DL while in town for Star Wars Celebration. We are staying at the Clarion Anaheim by the Convention Center and next to the Toy Story lot. Is it possible to get the tram and/or transportation from the Toy Story lot to the park? Thank you!

Yes, you can take the shuttle busses.
