Disneyland vs Magic Kingdom

Ok, I don’t know either of you anymore

Agree, but you could easily do a week in Southern California if you throw in universal and the beaches.

I mean, I still like it, it’s just number 6 on the list. And just to piss the other half of the folks off, I think I would put Epcot at number 5. :woman_shrugging:t2:

Or me. MK is NOT Disneyland. It’s my least favorite of all 6 parks in the US as well.
But I love me some Epcot and AK. HS is meh for me these days.

I will continue to go to both coasts multiple times a year, and occasionally go to Disneyland Paris too as I am in love with the Disneyland Paris Hotel and their entertainment options.

For me:

  1. Magic Kingdom (I turn that corner, and I’M HOME!)
  2. California Adventure (MB, RSR, IC, all top notch!)
  3. Disneyland (Sleeping Beauty Castle looks weird)
  4. Epcot (purely for World Showcase)
  5. Hollywood Studios (cohesion!)
  6. Animal Kingdom (overglorified zoo)

Mine is basically opposite of yours. :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

(It changes day to day but:)

  1. AK
  2. DL
  3. EP
  4. HS
  5. DCA
  6. MK

dang, all you MK haters!

I think it’s a great park for young kids. So for your family, I could see it still being a big favorite.

If I had to put them in order …

  1. DL
  2. DCA
  3. AK
  4. HS
  5. EP
  6. MK

No, no! Not “haters”! Just not, “MK is at the top of my list of favorites”!

Ergo, “hater”

Same. I like them all in one way or another.

For sure. And I love California. Would honestly choose to live there when I retire if it was at all affordable!

Gasp. Really? I’ve been to lots of zoos and not one of them lets me ride a roller coaster with a yeti. Or lets me eat at the best restaurant in a theme park ever, Yak & Yeti.

Depends on where in Cali. You could live in the Sacramento Valley for cheap, but that’s also like 8 hours away from Anaheim.

It’s because we are Disneyland purists.

Same. Instead we can own 2 nice houses in WA.
