As a union/hospital worker, I do have to point out that even if they vote to strike, that likely will never happen. We voted to strike a few years ago, and it never came to fruition. Voting to strike is a common way to get the talks going again, so that a compromise can be reached.
I am going to DLR next week, they better not prove me wrong!!!
