Interesting differences in the wording for the two parks. Words bolded for emphasis.
DL: “…face coverings are required for unvaccinated Guests (ages 2 and older) in all indoor locations, including throughout indoor attractions and indoor queues.”
WDW: “We expect Guests who are not fully vaccinated to continue wearing face coverings in all indoor locations, including indoor attractions and theaters.”

I suspect it’s a difference in what local laws will allow.
