I’m wanting to find out if you book at one of the 7 Disney Springs Hotels, does it entitle you to the 60 day fast pass picks.

Some do, but make extra sure that the specific hotel that you select has the 60 day FP. If you look at Hotels.com it has a prominent seal on the hotels that have 60-day FP.
If they are official “Good Neighbor” hotels you will be able to book all your FPP at the 60 day mark.
