Disney Photo Pass Help

I just got back, and we were wanting to pull a few photos off of Photopass but there seems to be something odd going on.

When I go into MDE on the app it shows all my photos we just took. But when i login on any computer it doesn’t show any of the new items. Any ideas what is going on ? I’m on hold right now for Photopass support but it is saying there is at least a 45 min wait.

I was being impatient with an overloaded system. But i did learn that the Photopass website is getting an overhaul on December 15th.

Oh wonderful. That should be very good (not) for us all…

We were in Epcot yesterday…five character meets, 8 rides, front of the park photos…only three things are showing up. I do don’t want to spend today on the phone…
