Check your point history to first see if it has given you that code. Also, completely close out and re-log in

Mine didnt work at first when I entered it in lowercase and I just put the V capital and it worked

I got this email yesterday 
since I used all my points on the ecards recently they didnt take any points. I wish it would block me from putting in doubles! I cant remember all the DVDs I’ve put in!! 
How did it let you enter the codes?

It did no problem. One DVD I thought I had already entered but it let me enter it so I thought I was mistaken. I emailed them back telling them it was an accident and please don’t cancel my account
