It is the weirdest thing. I received an alert for a new code but when I try to read it- it brings me to the app. My app won’t update so everything in it is “expiring” early May. I have completely closed out. I guess it is time to delete, reinstall again

I’ve been having app crashes to the point my phone keeps suggesting I put it on sleep mode or just deleting it. Every time it happens I have to sign in all over again 
It must be some app bug
