This will sound like bizarre questions. We plan on using the Magical Express bus service from the airport. Since we are doing direct to room do we need to be in the room to allow the luggage in. Reason I ask is that we are cutting it kind of close with dinner reservations over at Disney Springs. Same question if we arrange to have some groceries brought over to the room. Do we need to be there? Thanks for the responses and feedback.
If you are tagging your luggage and it is being delivered by DME you do not need to be in your room for it to be delivered.
You can call for your groceries to be delivered to your room when you get to the resort but there will be a delivery charge. You should pick them up to avoid that charge. They will not deliver them to your room while you are at the parks.
