We are planning to add on the Dining Plan, and per my TA from AAA (who I will never use again), we can add it anytime up to 14 days before our trip date. After that time, she says there is a penalty for a trip modification. Does that sound right to you all?
You can cancel or make any changes outside of 45 days with no penalties. Once inside of 45 days, if you make a change and the package DECREASES, there will be a $50 change fee.
If you make ANY change within 14 days prior to arrival, there is a $15 special handling fee.
If you cancel 45 days to 2 days prior, you’ll be subject to a $200 cancellation penalty. After that, the trip is completely non-refundable.
