Hi my son is 18 next Nov and want to do Disney/Universal for his birthday!
Are the Xmas decorations up by this time?
Christmas decorations start to go up right after Halloween, so they should be.
We were there last November 13-16th. I was a bit disappointed that Epcot was not decorated at all because the Food and Wine festival was still going on. Also we stayed at AKL and the decorations were not up yet. All the other parks were done.
