Current final payment policy

Does anyone here know what is the current policy for a resort package final payment and/or cancelation timeframe? With the current Covid situation in Florida, we are feeling somewhat unsure about our upcoming trip (9-26 to 10/3) and I can’t find anything on the Disney website that specifically addresses this. I thought they had quietly reverted to the standard policies but with the resurgence I would hope for some leeway.

Is that also when payment in full is due?
