DW had been really hoping for Minnie Vans and also mentioned the idea of missing the cultural representatives. I told her today that both those things are coming back after our trip and her response was “well, we’ll just have to book another trip.”.

I think it’s feasible assuming there are no more delays. If the tunnel is already built and tested, and All they need to do is lay track, it may just be that they are waiting for whatever interior work is done.
Does anyone know of the tunnel is like the PM tunnel through Space or if it’s an entirely closed off tunnel? That’d have a lot to do with when it opens.
But it seems like a stunt to drum up excitement for summer crowds.
When I was at BLT, I could hear the trains several times a day. It was a cruel joke.
This past December? I heard them too in January, but then thought it must be BTMRR?
Yes, but I thought it sounded like the RR. But like piped in specifically towards our direction. Almost like “look at all the fun you’re missing”.
I could totally be projecting though 
I think I’m going to cry when I finally get to ride the RR again. I was there the day of the final ride in 2018 and had no idea it would be gone this long. Crazy!
According to a CM posting on WDWMagic, offers for August starts have started going out.
