Yes, and you have a choice.
After I rode all the segments last Sunday, I was headed for Disney Springs and I transferred to a bus at Caribbean Beach. While waiting, there were both Studios and multiple EPCOT buses which came and went. As I was waiting for an Old Key West bus Monday afternoon, I saw both Pop Century and Art of Animation buses.
I’m pretty sure Disney is well aware there are people with legitimate fears of heights and enclosed spaces and not make the Skyliner the only option.
