Crowd Rating for November 18

So, I’m trying to figure out why touring plans thinks the crowd levels for Magic Kingdom is going to be so low on Wednesday, November 18. There are going to be Extra Magic Hours that day. And, that week on Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, Disney is having Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party, so its the only day during the week that the Park will be open late at night. Can the crowds really be as light has predicted?
