Once WDW opens again, how long will it take Touring Plans to get enough of a feel for the crowds in the new normal before we will see crowd calendar updates?

In theory if there are people reporting times in the park, you could be getting live data right away. What is going to be super weird is if there are going to be a bunch of virtual queues - return times will be hard to predict. TP would also have to dictate how or if we should record wait times based on how Disney decides to run things.
