I mentioned it would be my mom’s birthday for our CRT and HDDR meals, and they said that a 6" cake could be ordered without advance notice… just ask your server when you sit down. Not sure if that’s typical, but I’d imagine they’d let you be spontaneous like that at most places in the world 
I think the 6" cake is usually $21.
