Sleep? Pffff - we don’t need no stinkin’ sleep in this resort room. So darn excited!

I LOVE that resort, especially at night. We’ve never stayed there, but we have toured it on foot, at night and it’s magical. Cheers!

The calendar has already flipped to 199 days but technically here in Phoenix it is still 200 days until my trip! I really need this one to get me through the next ~6 months.

….and we start…. we’re up and doing final packing, cleaning the apt. then we have to return the hired car, taxi to bus station, bus to Athens (4hrs), airport to Barcelona, shuttle bus to pier….. all this to the ship will be 27 hours of travel 
sleep on bus & plane. Couldn’t find a room in Barcelona, but last week I could… too late, plans were made.
Yesterday we did our final bedding of HeiHei in an awful storm. We miss home terribly (our boat home).
I found a group, just for this cruise on FB (I HATE FB, but turned it on, a year ago, for sailing groups) anyway, they are setting up meet n’ greets, game nights etc. It’s a lot of Americans (I don’t know how I feel about that, it’s been so nice to be away from all the drama that comes w/ the US.) BUT better b/c there’s this to look fwd to… one place you can be alone in a sea of ppl.

Not gonna lie this feels really far away!
Uh, it really doesn’t 
So much between now and then:
- Thanksgiving and all that jazz
- wrap up this job
- start new job
- have funeral services for FIL
- continue assisting managing MIL
Honestly so much to do and not nearly enough time!!
Bummed though - I was trying to work out adding a day to this trip, but turns out Mom is working Tues after we get back on Monday night

I think I feel the same way, like 21 days feels “really far” but I know it will be here in a hot minute!
