Fun! This one with the family I presume? I take it you will hit up both WDW and UOR.
Yes, and probably the in-laws. All 6 of us went in January 2018 too. But I wasn’t a Liner back then, just a lame wanderer.
Yes, probably only 2 days WDW unless someone can convince me otherwise. ![]()
Tread carefully. ![]()
You need at least 1 day per park…
WDW has 2 parks right? ![]()
2 water parks. So wait that actually means 6 days in WDW.
How many days at UOR? 2 days at WDW is probably too short but I could understand it if you’re weighing limited time at UOR vs. WDW.
Aww ya got me!
4, possibly 5 (including VB). This is the thing Jeff, kids are getting older and don’t really need/want MK and they don’t like EP at all.
Does Tron look interesting to them?
I think you know your family best of all so if it’s UOR is what they want, give them what they want. ![]()
As someone who likes UOR but likes WDW better, I feel like 3 days at UOR (including a day at VB) is plenty.
I can’t believe that…
Haven’t checked. I have considered hopping over after AK (the kids do love animals) to experience it. But I’ve heard it’s like a family coaster, not real thrilling.
My kids want top thrill, ever since they were tall enough to ride coasters. We’ve taken them to EP twice and were bored both times. But I know they would love GOTG, so I’d really like to start there on our HS day.
I’d like to do a WWOHP only day. And I’d like to do some mid-day breaks, something we never did before. Along with visiting a few other Uni hotel restaurants.
I get the sense it’s about as thrilling as Hagrid’s, though the theming doesn’t compete, IMO. It’s not top-level thrills, but I think “family coaster” undersells it (in comparison to SDD or BTMRR). That said, I haven’t ridden it so can’t say for sure. ![]()
