I have set up the automatic fax on my PTP to request connecting rooms. I wasn’t able to figure out how to set up the fax without actually going through the rooms and selecting one first. In the “For our upcoming stay…” field, I deleted the room range and simply entered “Connecting Rooms.” Then in the Additional Special Requests field, I noted my request along with both reservation numbers.
However, on my dashboard, it still says that I am requesting a particular room.
I just want to make sure that I have set it up correctly and that the fax won’t include a range of room numbers that I want, because I am not too concerned about the particular rooms, I would just like them to be connecting.
Is my fax safe the way it is?
