Never did a personal TP just followed the UG suggestions. Admit to reading the new edition every year even if a trip is a dream.
Iāve made TP but we donāt usually follow them precisely. Mainly we take UG and liner advice to come up with our to do list, and use TP to see what we can reasonably expect to do in a day.
On our father daughter trip a few weeks ago I made custom touring plans for us. No EMH and we would arrive at rope drop. We would do headliners for an hour then use fast passes to ride them again while mixing in other rides over the next three hours. After that we used a combination of what we wanted to do, touring plan, and wait times to determine what we did next.
I tried to use a TP and couldnāt make head nor tails of it. I like this site and the advice, but Touring Plans are beyond me.
