I was just glancing through the details on Portofino’s page… getting excited for the trip in a few months.
I noticed in the details it states *Complimentary turndown service upon request
Does that mean they don’t usually make the beds every day unless I ask? I’m confused.
No, that means they will come by in the evening while you are out, and turn down the covers for you. They will usually leave chocolates as well. This is pretty common with club level rooms. They will still make your beds daily.
