My DH, DD 10, & DS 8 will be traveling for two weeks in Florida at the end of December. We plan 6 days at BCV starting on the 18th and then 2 days at AKV and 3 days at Universal(probably Royal pacific maybe Portofino). My husband and I are undecided with which to do first AKV or Universal. We really plan on staying at the villas/lodge and not entering the parks or if so just to use FPP and eat. We have read how horrible the crowds are on the week between Christmas and New Years. Thoughts on the order?

I don’t have an opinion on crowds on Xmas at either WDW vs. Universal. If flying, sandwiching Universal in between the 2 DIS stays likely makes sense to take advantage of Disney’s Magic Express. If you aren’t using DME, it likely doesn’t matter much…
