I have a 0745hrs reservations, we are not stopping on site, are we allowed to leave our car parked here for the day whilst visiting Magic Kingdom
Technically, no. But to date people have done so without repercussion. The question is whether and how the new parking fees policy - and its enforcement - might change that.
I think if you wanted to make sure you were okay for the day, you could pay for valet parking.

I thought the parking fee was for “overnight parking”
It is. But as the enforce that, and however they do, it could impact ones ability to park for free at a resort like CR while spending the whole day at MK.
