There was one report on chat too that Poly allowed a text so it seems as if this is no longer an issue! I am so glad! I may have been pretty grumpy with an after stay survey…

You don’t always get to bypass the front desk. There is no rhyme or reason to who gets to and who doesn’t.
That said, most resorts have an “online check-in” line and a regular one. I do online check-in, but if the regular line is shorter, I just hop over there. It’s never been a problem, and if there’s really no one in it, those people will take people from the online check-in line anyway.
