Does anyone know if they are handing out the Illuminations wristbands this year at the Chase Lounge in EPCOT?

Wristbands for Eat to the Beat yes. For Illuminations just show up in Italy at the viewing area with your card.

What is this all about? Is there a special Illuminations viewing area for those with Chase cards, or is this just related to the F&W festival? I’ll be going the first week in December.
The Chase lounge is only during F&W. I have no idea if the viewing area is only during F&W or year around.
