Cape May Reservations?

I plan to make reservations for this place right at 5PM when we are over at EPCOT, but we are unsure if my 85 year old grandmother will be able to make it? If she can’t make it, then my Dad and his wife won’t either which means our party of 8 just dropped down to 5. Should I go ahead and make them anyway for 8 and adjust later in the day? Will there be a fee if I do that?

Just make it for 8 & adjust if needed when you arrive. No fee - as long as 1 shows to dine, no $10 penalty for the ADR at all.
