When I try to make ADRs on the web site on my computer, it lets me view available times, but as soon as I click on one, I get an error message. If I go through the app on tablet or phone, it works. Has anyone seen such a thing? I did call Disney and their tech support was baffled. I’ve tried different browsers, different computers, even different internet connections.
Are you in your 180 day window? I had the same thing happen to me.
Yes. We weren’t able to get everything set until the end of August for our December trip, so well within 180 days.
Weird, I tried again and got a Yak and Yeti ADR … but the next one I tried, for Bongos at DS errored out. But I can get it using the Android app on my tablet.
