Cannot optimize plans

This has been happening since last night(Dec 20, 2017), I cannot optimize my touring plans any more. After the request is sent, a “Waiting for results” message continues to show and the plan remains unchanged.

Someone else posted on chat that they are having the same issue. You should email webmaster@touringplans.com. Yesterday people were reporting that all attractions were posted “closed” if you tried to post a wait time so it seems like there is an issue right now.

i have been having issues with my June plans (yes, thinking that far out!) but that has been because the firework shows at the end of the night of each park no long is shown to occur.

This should be resolved. Sorry about that.
