Maybe it is based on the date you want. Try Dec 4 and see if you see it.
I see it on Dec 3-5, but not Dec 6. They are probably trickling them out.

These are what I see.
12/27 (which is 58 days out as I made the other readies two days ago)
They are also adding new restaurants slowly. I went back to look on 12/4, and they had different options. I still haven’t seen Via Napoli pop up.
I didn’t see Via Napoli for the 5:00pm showing, but it was there for the others.
I’m on my computer. I wonder if Dec 8th isn’t up yet?

Great. So randomly 12/27 and 12/28 will go live, maybe while I’m looking, maybe while I’m working, and only maybe with the location I’m looking for. Perfect.
I only see 12/4 so far. If I go past that it disappears

Ugh!! This is a pain!
Also on the website I got this cool thing which is great because this is for a guest who is not supposed to have to worry about this at all

They appear to be loading a day at a time … very slowly 
Yeah 12/5 is up now
So 1 day every 20 minutes means that in 7-8 hours 12/27 &12/28 should be up
