Yes! I’ve done it from home before for friends traveling in Orlando. Like if I’m up at odd hours I’ll just pull BGs for them.
I did it from Paris last year for a friends birthday! She had forgotten and it was a fun surprise. 
I’ve even done it from a plane on plane wifi.

They don’t have to use your login if they have their own MDE account. You can connect as friends and family, and they can still book for you even if they don’t have tickets. But either way, using your login or not, they can do it.
