This is the most leg room seat on the plane! DS sat in it once and said he may not be able to go back to regular seats! 
He’s not a small person though.
They do, iirc.
The storage for that seat without a seat in front of it is the seat in front of that missing seat. I promise.
For that plane config, it’s my second choice row! (after the 2 seater row 15’s cuz it’s usually just us 2).
