If you are on the same time zone as London, you are currently 5 hours ahead of Orlando. That takes into account that you both are on daylight saving time. 7:00 a.m. at WDW is noon at London.

Have ADR’s changed from 6 to 7am online?

No they are still 6am so yes you should be booking at 11am your time for online and noon if you want to call to make them.
