I ordered some Disney tickets on Monday from a UK based site. Cards arrived Tuesday. One of them has nothing loaded onto it - no ticket!
I’ve been told to call Disney’s technical team at first instance which is fair enough but this is undoubtedly going to be a faff to sort.
I’m not intending to ‘name and shame’ providing it gets sorted promptly. These things happen and humans are humans.
So yeah - don’t leave it to the last minute to link your Disney tickets for fast pass purposes! Fortunately I have some time to get this sorted so fingers crossed
