Best way to get from B Resort in Disney Springs to AK?

Hi, AK is opening an hour earlier on the day we are going to it. We want to try to get to FOP early per the TP YT video.

We are staying at the B Resort in Disney Springs which gives one access to EMH and has a shuttle but I hear the shuttle can take forever!

What would you do to get there early?

Uber/Lyft? We would need two car seats, is that problematic with these two?

I assume Minnie Vans don’t come to these?

Uber XL. Makes a HUGE difference

Thanks, any idea about how much those would run? Also how much in advance should I order it?

Price will be in the teens at least. I would plan the Uber about 75 minutes in advance
