Best way to describe Lines Chat & Forums

KEEP IT CLEAN PEOPLE!

Anyway, I’m trying to come up with a navigation menu label for things like Lines Chat and these forums, that indicate to new people that these are the places to ask questions and get answers.

What’s a good phrase of 2-4 words that does that?

I’d put both in a category called “Community-Sourced Info”

Then something like…
“Real-time in-park info” for chat
“Planning tips/advice” for the forums

While they both cover more than that, I think for new users, those descriptions would help lead them to what they would be looking for most.

My issue is that each chat (WDW, DLR, Universal) is app specific (or account). The forum allows you to access all areas plus DVC, DCL, now RunDisney?

I like having the word “community” in the forum / chat descriptions.

“In-park” or “real-time” are good key words for Chat.

I second having the keyword “Planning” for the forums.

I like using the term community so people aren’t expecting paid staff.

Generally I refer to both as “this travel forum I’m in” when trying to explain where I get all this weird knowledge about thing totally separate from Disney, but tangentially related to visiting Disney.
