Any recommendations for neighborhoods close to the Disney World park entrances? We are looking at Formosa, Indian Creek and Windsor Hills so far. Would like recommendations for other neighborhoods that people have liked that are a close drive.

Emerald Island is in the same area, its a gated community with a clubhouse/bar/pool and a massive range of condos and houses. We have stayed several times in Formosa Gardens and Emerald Island and we love both areas, they are both a very short drive to the parks and to restaurants. Formosa has the advantage of space so the houses are well spaced, feel quieter and have bigger private pools, but there’s no clubhouse or security on the gate. Emerald Island houses are closer together, some back onto a nature reserve area, and you have the clubhouse area.
