We found a CM at Spice Road rude during our March 2015 trip. However, there are many others who found them the opposite. I’m going to try again.
That said…they should do something about the tables on the patio! The design is flawed with the table legs so awkwardly placed that it’s impossible for anyone over 5’6" to manage them.
What if you don’t get a table outside? Can you still see Illuminations? Does everyone get up from their inside tables and walk outside and stand there to watch the show? I have an ADR the last week of October, but the latest I could get was 7:45pm. I’m debating keeping it since its during Food & Wine and I’m not sure how hungry we’ll be for a multi-course dinner if I need to stretch out the time until 9pm.
