Just curious, I’ve seen that “3 hour” number being quoted a lot (even on other forums), but can’t actually find a reference to it? Is that a historical thing? (i.e. paper placards?)
Officially, it says: “Day Guests - Complimentary standard self-parking is available while enjoying select dining, shopping, entertainment, and recreation experiences at Disney Resort hotels.”
Others have shared the 3 hour rule. I don’t remember where I saw it. Honestly I don’t’ follow it but I don’t stay all day either. I guess if my car was towed I’d have a different kind of disney adventure to share w/ the grandkids . The resort parking lots are never full, unless you are going to Olivia’s at OKW where parking is insufficient. Oh, mornings at Poly and AKL have pretty full parking lots b/c of breakfast buffets and character dining.
