Does anyone know if Bell Services is open 24 hours? We are taking a very late in, we wont get to WL until 1:00am. If we have Garden Grocer drop off the evening we arrive, will we be able to get our stuff when we get there?or have to wait until the morning?

Yes, they are open 24 hours. I have arrived after midnight and then stopped at the counter in the lobby. You can grab your stuff or they will bri g it up ($6 charge plus tip).

I’ve read fairly recently (back in May on pD) that Bell Services hours are 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM. But yes indeed if you need something- go to the front desk.

At WL? That has not been my experience in 2022.

Saratoga’s bell services came for our stuff at 5:15 am in June.

I think those hours have been accurate for Value hotels at one point, but not sure if that is still the case.
