There’s a spreadsheet with updated bus times. AK busses seem a tad later than the other parks.
There’s a Touring Plans tool where users are posting daily bus pick ups.

I did a detailed report of rope dropping MK using the beach club bus in my trip report from december - we were one of the first ten buses to arrive at MK and got through security before walkers from contemporary were. Its a little bit of a walk for a five year old. Leave slightly earlier and take a boat. On the way back, take the skyliner to EPCOT, leave through the IG and walk to BC. That’s what we’re planning.

just to clarify, we were at the bus stop at BC at 6:50 so did wait quite a while. Two buses to AK came in the time we were waiting.
